CTDA Monthly Webinars
CTDA is hosting monthly webinars. The webinars are 1 to 1 1/2 hour educational seminars done via audio and web conference simultaneously. The webinars are held on the 3rd Friday of the month at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The cost is only $99 for members, per company location (i.e. many people may participate from one location at a time) and $150 for non-members, per location.

CTDA Online Education
CTDA members have asked for educational programs on ceramic tile that they could offer to their employees, and now we have them as a discounted CTDA membership benefit. CTDA and UofCTS have joined to develop a series of educational programs to help ceramic tile employees be more effective at their jobs.

Tile Training in a Box
CTDA Tile Training in a Box is an easy, affordable
way to introduce a newcomer to the ceramic tile industry
using a variety of reading, audiovisual and sensory
resource aids in an easy to use box, complete with
a tabbed binder of information and resource information.
Simply place the labels provided on your own tile,
and training is ready to begin!

Shade Variation Program
The CTDA Color/Shade Variation Program can help you:
- Create appropriate shade and color expectations

The program uses graphic representations of each

How to Handle Customer Complaints Guideline
We all strive to promote excellent customer service
while providing quality products. But what do we do
when something unexpectedly goes wrong and a customer
becomes unhappy with their purchase? Do we always
know the appropriate steps to take to rectify the
situation? Or are we actually making things worse?
CTDA's "How to Handle Customer Complaints"
guideline is an excellent first step in answering
those questions. Attached, you'll find the guideline
that covers topics from the "Do's and Don'ts"
and good rules to follow, to steps in arranging for
a jobsite inspection and sample complaint reports.
